Rental Rates and Important Information
BASE RENTAL RATES for the Main Ballroom on Saturdays (includes the studio)
SATURDAY BASE PRICE – $3000, plus staffing and security.
Base rental times are from 6 pm until midnight, with set-up time starting at 3:00 pm.
Friday and Sunday nights are not available for rental as public dances are held on those nights.
Weekday evenings are also not available because of regularly scheduled dance lessons.

STAFFING AND SECURITY – $150 per hour, per every 100 guests.
Example: Staffing and security for 300 guests for 6 hours = $150 x 3 x 6 = $2,700
The total rental cost is $5,700.
Support staff is provided during setup time of three hours at no additional charge.
OTHER FEES and REQUIREMENTS
(1) Cost for additional event time (Late): $600 per hour from 12 midnight to 2:00 am,
and additional late Staffing & security is $150 per hour per every hundred guests
(2) Cost for additional event time (Very late): $800 per hour from 2:00 am to 5:00 am,
and additional very late Staffing & security is $200 per hour per every hundred guests
Additional Set-Up time (if available): $200 per hour
Practice or rehearsal time for weddings and Quinceañeras: $100 per hour
Alcoholic beverage licensing charge: $100
Additional security charge, when applicable: $200
Additional table and chair rental charge for guest counts over 300: $3.50 per guest
Additional requirements/fees for events with any kind of admissions charge — view now
Sound system: $100
Wall-washer lights: $75
Overhead projector and screen: $75
Portable Stage (24′ x 8′ with 24″ riser): $250
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
TIME ALLOWED FOR EVENTS on Saturdays
Prices on Saturdays are based on a 6 hour event (6 p.m. to 12 midnight) with 3 hours of setup time before the start of the event included.
RENTALS ON WEEKDAYS
The Ballroom is available to rent during the day on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays until 6 pm.

RENTAL DEPOSIT DUE AT CONTRACT SIGNING
$1000 is required at contract signing to secure your date. This rental deposit is non-refundable.
Final payment is due three weeks prior to your event.
A $1000 security deposit is required (paid at final payment) which is refunded to you within ten days after your event assuming there are no damages or excessive attendance.
