Seating Preference and Comments for NYE Dinner Dance

To reserve seating for a group, please decide on one name for the table and ask each member of the group to use that name.
If you are not part of a group, please let us know and we will gladly seat you with other guests.
We will have Singles tables located in proximity with other Singles. Please indicate “Singles” if you want to be assigned there.
Our tables are usually set up for 8 guests. If your party has fewer than 8 people, please allow us to assign other guests to your table.
Requests for small tables (ie, Table for 4) will be honored on a best effort basis. If there isn’t available space, we will do our best to communicate the alternative with you.
Please let us know if you have special needs (food allergies, etc).

Seating Preference and Optional Comments for Loudoun Jazz Ensemble(Required)

General seating will be on an open basis. However, guests who register in advance, either at the admissions desk or online, may request reserved seating for tables for 2, 4, or 6 people. Reserved seating may be limited. There will also be a "Singles" tables near the entrance to the Ballroom for dancers who are attending without a dance partner. EXAMPLES: "Table for 4, in the name of Jim Walker. Other guests are June Walker and Karen and Paul Smith." OR "I'll seat myself at the singles tables." OR If you have no seating preference, please type "none."

Tickets may be picked up at the door the night of the event.
