A list for instructors to use before scheduling floor time

♦ This list is the most inclusive list we have for this purpose. Do not simply use the main event Calendar or the unavailable list that is found under the Rental program (with a picture of balloons) to determine if times are available for private practice.  This list is the list you want.
♦ Allow at least 2 hours for clean up after an event has ended.

All Fridays – Unavailable from 5:30 pm to end of night.  Dance Jam Productions (Dave Moldover–West Coast Swing) has exclusive use of both ballrooms

2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month – Unavailable from 5:30 pm to end of night.  Tommy Smith has exclusive use of  both ballrooms
